The Plumbers have sponsored CORA’s people, programs and services for the past 4 decades.

The relationship between the Plumbers and CORA goes as far back as the 1980’s. Over the years the Plumbers Local Union has remained steadfast in its commitment CORA’s children and families. Not only does the organization have a longstanding history of financially supporting CORA’s initiatives, but Local 690 plumbers have also consistently attended CORA events, donated goods for various drives, and volunteered for the agency. It’s clear, through all they’ve done for CORA and their many other investments in the community, that in addition to being skilled craftsman, Philadelphia’s Plumbers emphasize to the members, the importance of being upstanding citizens who give back to people of Philadelphia.

Guests are invited to join the CORA community in acknowledging John Kane and the Plumbers Union Local 690 for their extraordinary commitment to supporting children and families and strengthening communities, at the event, on the evening of November 27th.
