CORA Services is looking for a full time Intervention Prevention Case Manager to provide case management services to adolescents, children and their family members in home, in school, agency location, and community locations for counseling and lifeskills education in specialty after-school program and case management services as appropriate.
CORA’s IPS is an intensive prevention service funded by the Phila DHS to increase pro-social options for DHS referred youth at greater risk of delinquency placement.
IPS Staff work in teams and provide child and family focused individual/family counseling and education in clients’ homes, schools, agency location, and in the community. In collaboration with team members, staff also provide case management services in the clients’ homes/schools and collaborate with DHS/Family Court in service planning, delivery, reporting and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or higher level Degree in the social services professions and documented experience in treatment or intervention service setting.
- Knowledge of substance and its effects on youth and families desirable.
- Work schedule includes three evenings/week to accommodate after-school group services.
