It is with pleasure that I submit a letter of recommendation and appreciation for Ms. Yonae Stewart. 

Ms. Yonae Stewart is a talented, young public servant who jumped into responsibilities and made 
an impression on my staff as an outstanding intern in my office. Ms. Stewart’s service during our 
internship process from January 8th, 2018 to March 28th, 2018 was quite dedicated. Ms. Stewart 
shined when working with my Chief of Staff, Christopher Sample. Christopher personally chose her 
to assist with the ‘Save Your Homes’ project. 

 

During the time she spent in our office, Ms. Stewart served a total of forty-four(44) hours. We thank 
Yonae for her devotion, diligence, interest, and participation within this internship whilst 
commuting from Maryland to Philadelphia. Ms. Stewart is motivated, intelligent, completes 
assignments diligently, and immerses herself in any task she’s given while maintaining the ability to 
multi-task. Ms. Stewart has an excellent rapport with all my staff; she remained professional 
constantly and showed interest in learning about constituent services and communications, as well 
as how these issues and procedures impact, and are impacted by, larger policy initiatives. These 
demonstrated qualities in our office set her apart from many co-workers. 

 

Ms. Yonae Stewart has a very bright future ahead of her. Ms. Stewart would be an asset to any 
organization she chooses to work with. In appreciation of Ms. Stewart’s service, I offer this letter of 
acknowledgement to aide in any of her future endeavors. I, as well as any member of my staff, 
would not hesitate to provide a referral for Ms. Stewart.
