2025 Love in Action Honorees
American Heritage Credit Union
Founded in 1948, American Heritage Credit Union has grown to become one of the largest member-owned financial cooperatives in the region, proudly serving more than 318,000 members and over 800 organizations through its Workplace Partnership Program. While the credit union has expanded over the years, its mission has always remained the same — to serve, support, and uplift the communities it calls home.
CORA Services became a Workplace Partner of American Heritage in 2019, beginning a collaboration built on shared values of compassion, care, and opportunity. Since that time, American Heritage has been honored to support CORA through a variety of initiatives, including book donations that inspire a love of reading through the Books for Kids program, sponsorship of community celebrations and fundraising events such as the Golf Classic and CORA Fest, and the provision of holiday meals for members of the CORA community.
At the heart of this partnership is the Kids-N-Hope Foundation, founded by American Heritage in 1996. Through its contributions, the Foundation has provided direct financial support to CORA, extending hope and resources to children and families and reflecting the deep belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
American Heritage believes that true partnership extends beyond financial services and into the heart of community impact. The credit union is humbled to receive the 2025 “Love in Action” Award from CORA Services and is grateful for the opportunity to continue this journey of compassion, service, and hope together.
