2025 CORA Holiday Drive Nomination Form

CORA staff are invited to use this form to recommend clients who are facing challenges and may benefit from additional support this holiday season.

$50 gift cards will be provided to you for distribution to those clients. You will be notified if we are unable to fulfill your request.
