Located in Northeast Philadelphia, CORA Services, Inc. is a non-profit social services agency providing professional human services to children, youth, adults and families in an outpatient setting.
CORA Services is looking for a full time Drug & Alcohol Counselor to provide counseling services to adults, youth and children and/or their families where substance abuse has been identified as a problem.
Counselors provide individual, family and group counseling services to adolescents, adults and families. Services also include comprehensive assessment, recovery case management activities and advocacy on behalf of clients. Individual and group services are performed at agency sites, as well as in school and community locations.
- Master’s level Degree in the social services professions and documented experience in treatment and knowledge of substances of abuse and their effects is essential.
- Work schedule includes three evenings/week to accommodate client’s schedules.
- Valid Driver’s License

Salary: $41,000
