The annual Champions for Children Celebration benefits CORA Services and honors individuals and organizations who enrich the lives of children and families in the Philadelphia region. The event is held annually on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving at The Union League of Philadelphia.

Each year our Host Committee identifies honorees in three categories:

• The Civic Champion is presented to a civic leader who is instrumental in creating a brighter future for children and families in our community.
• The Corporate Champion is presented to a leader who is committed to helping children and families in the community to facilitate connections to resources that will support the impact of CORA’s services.
• The Classroom Champion Award recognizes a high school student for his/her achievements in the classroom despite facing challenges and adversity beyond the student’s control.
